Kenya Chief Justice Dr. Willy Mutunga on Friday 09/10/2013 said that new corruption gangs have emerged in the Judiciary following an increase in the money available to the Judiciary.
Dr Mutunga was speaking at KICC in Nairobi when he officially launched the Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal.
