PANIC in ICC after four ICC witnesses REFUSE TO PICK CALLS ahead of RUTO/ SANG trials on TUESDAY

Panic mode engulfed the International Criminal Court (ICC) headquarters over the weekend, after four ICC witnesses who are set to testify on cases facing Deputy President William Ruto and radio presenter Joshua Sang, refused to pick their calls for them to attend the trials which commence on Tuesday.

According to our sources, the four witnesses, who were holed in Sweden and Belgium, refused to pick their calls since they were supposed to arrive in Netherlands on Friday.
The four have argued that unless the court allows them to testify outside the court, they will not be ready to “testify in an open court”.

They said they fear blowing up their cover since their families will be mostly affected when the trials commence.

The four are part of prosecution’s witnesses who are heavily relied by the court to nail Ruto and Sang.

Other sources said ICC Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, is very worried since 40 percent of the witnesses she alleges to have, have threatened to pull out during the time of the trial saying they can’t remember what they testified at the initial stages.
