"Africa has no ambition to control the resources of Britain or any Western nation.
We are entirely disinterested in their affairs.
History shows that we have never expressed any hostilities against them. Instead, we have been victims of unprovoked aggressions and interference in our domestic affairs.
Our only ambition is to totally control that which belongs to us, our God-given natural resources. This much is not open to negotiation.
If this noble ambition means we will suffer sanctions and relentless vilification by the Western media, so be it".
